New manager brought in to lead the team
Cycle Power welcomes new team manager, Ryan White, to help lead the team to the best possible results. Previous soigneur for team Roadcover cc, Ryan has taken on a new role with the team.
Director of Active Sports Therapy, Ryan has experience working with professional athletes, team set-ups, as well as a vast knowledge in training, muscles and nutrition. Being a personal trainer and massage therapist himself, Ryan is able to guide the team with their tactics during a race and set strategies for the tours.
Bringing Ryan on board was an easy decision as he fits in perfectly with the vibe and environment of the team. All the riders are easy going, dedicated and have a positive outlook on situations, which Ryan resembles. Ryan is very well respected in the cycling community and has good relationships with many of the managers, commissaires and time keepers.
Since Ryan has come on board, the riders have really focused on their training and racing, taken their diet and lifestyle habits more seriously, as well as racing more strategically and sticking to the tactics set out. It is important for a team to have a figure to look at for guidance, as well as understanding and managing the consequences when something goes wrong, to ensure they take it seriously.
Moving forward with Ryan as a manager, the team looks forward to the rest of the 2018 racing season and the results it will bring. Ryan, being passionate about the sport himself and the boys feeding off his hunger to get some top results, there is nothing stopping the team now.
